This policy explains how Buzzmagnet Media handles information when you browse this website, send us an enquiry, or work with us on a project. It applies to this website and to the direct correspondence that follows from it.

We collect as little as possible, and only what a working relationship actually requires:

• Information you send us directly — your name, email address, phone number, company, and whatever you choose to tell us about your project.
• Basic technical information your browser sends automatically, such as device type, browser, approximate region, and the pages you viewed.
• Project material you share with us during an engagement, including brand assets, copy, credentials you choose to provide, and feedback.

We do not ask for payment card details through this website, and we never request passwords by email.

Information is used to answer your enquiry, quote and deliver work, invoice for it, and keep records we are required to keep. We also use aggregate technical information to understand which pages are useful and where the site is slow.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not add you to a marketing list because you contacted us about a project.

This website is built to work without tracking you across the internet. Where cookies or local storage are used, they fall into two groups:

• Essential — needed for the site to load, render and remember basic display preferences.
• Analytics — anonymous, aggregated measurement of page performance and traffic, where enabled.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking essential cookies may affect how parts of the site behave. If we later introduce advertising or profiling cookies, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.

We rely on a small number of reputable providers to run this site and our studio. Depending on how you reach us, your information may pass through:

• Website hosting and content delivery, which processes request logs.
• Email and calendar services, which hold our correspondence with you.
• Analytics, where enabled, for aggregate traffic measurement.
• Advertising platforms — only when you have engaged us to run campaigns, and only using accounts and data you control.

These providers process information on our behalf under their own terms and security commitments. We choose providers that offer appropriate safeguards, and we share only what the service needs to function.

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what information we hold about you.
• Correct anything inaccurate.
• Delete information we no longer need to keep.
• Stop using your information for a particular purpose.
• Send you a copy of what you have given us.

Email anurag@buzzmagnetmedia.in and we will respond within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we may have to keep certain records — invoices, for example — where the law requires it.

Enquiries that do not become projects are cleared out once they are clearly no longer live. Project files and correspondence are kept for the life of the engagement and a reasonable period afterwards, so we can support work we have delivered. Financial records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require.

This site is served over encrypted connections. Access to client material is limited to the people working on your project, protected by strong authentication, and removed when it is no longer needed.

No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. If a breach ever affects your information, we will tell you and the relevant authority promptly, explain what happened, and set out what we are doing about it.

This website and our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

When our practices change, we update this page and revise the date shown alongside it. Material changes will be made obvious rather than slipped in quietly. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
